- How does a confidential inquiry work?
- Use Inquire and share only what you are comfortable sharing: dates, location or vessel, guest count, dietary boundaries, and any NDA or security notes. We reply personally, and we do not publish details without permission.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Usually within one business day. Flag urgent travel or charter windows in the message so we can triage.
- Can we work under an NDA or private service agreement?
- Yes. Review the Private Service Agreement and note NDA or security needs. We align paperwork before exchanging sensitive detail when required.
- Should I use Inquire or Book?
- Inquire when the brief is open or still forming. Book when you want an active menu and date range in one secure thread.
- Do you travel for estates, yachts, and multi-stop programs?
- Yes. We scope provisioning, crew coordination, equipment, and dietary protocols in writing, with the same discipline applied to the menu.
- How do you handle strict dietary protocols?
- We capture allergies, religious boundaries, performance nutrition needs, and cross-contamination protocols up front. Menus are built so guests are never treated as edge cases.
